Walker had to write a paragraph for school last week and I liked it so well that I thought I would share it with you. Here is our house from a ten-year-old's point of view.
We have three Christmas trees. One is the vacation tree, another one is the natural tree, and the third is the normal tree. On the vacation tree, we have ornaments from every state we have gone to. We always put a train around the vacation tree to represent us traveling. I like to put a Cardinal on it because it is our state bird. On our natural tree we put lots of ornaments like dried apple slices and cinnamon sticks. We also put popcorn garland around it. You might think it's crazy but that's what a natural tree is for.
Our last tree is our normal tree, which is my favorite. We put lots of family and all kinds of random ornaments on it. We try to make it look the best because we put presents under this tree. It is the one we have in our living room and the one we have to look at every night.
For unto you is born this day in the city of David a Saviour, which is Christ the Lord.
